AIR DRIVEN GAS BOOSTERS
Hydraulics International gas boosters offer an ideal alternative to electric motor driven low volume high pressure gas compressors. The are compact, lightweight and require no electrical power or lubrication. These gas boosters will compress gases such as nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, natural gas, methane and argon up to pressures as high as 14,000 PSIG. A wide variety of other gases can also be compressed. These air driven booster systems are small, lightweight and economical. Benefits

AIR DRIVEN GAS AMPLIFIERS
Similar in operation to the gas boosters shown above, air amplifiers are designed to boost the air pressure from a standard plant air compressor to a high pressure for applications requiring small volumes of high pressure air such as testing, clamping etc. As with most compressed air equipment, they operate from a single shop air connection for most applications. The air used for cycling exhausts through the muffler provided, or may be piped out of the area. The rest of the air is compressed to a higher pressure output. When output demand stops, the unit will stall consuming no power. When output demand resumes, the unit automatically responds and cycles at the rate needed to meet that demand, up to the units capacity. |
