| HANKISON HPR PLUS, HES & HV-HES SERIES REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS | |
The Hankison Performance and Reliability plus Filtration (HPRplus) Series and the Hankison Energy Saving (HES) Series are two of the world's most commonly installed refrigerated air dryers. Compressed air demand in most plants fluctuates significantly. Hankison offers compressed air users, who specifiy a 38o F (3o C) dew point, two refrigerated dryer technologies to choose from. Each HPRplus and HES Series dryer includes three (3) micron filtration as standard to provide a true Air Treatement Station. Both optimize energy saving opportunities for various compressed air demand profiles. |

| HANKISON H SERIES HIGH CAPACITY REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS | |
Hankison H Series, high capacity refrigerated air dryers, suitable for compressed air installations greater than 2000 SCFM (3400 Nm3 /hr), provide consistent dew points of 38 to 50o F (3 to 10o C). Hankison designed and manufactured heat exchangers offer high heat transfer rates and low pressure drops - less than 1 PSI, (0.07 bar.) The Hankison designed two-stage separator with integral three (3) micron cold coalescing filter maintains efficiency at all flow conditions. A PLC based control system performs control, fault protection and alarm functions. |

| HANKISON HIT SERIES HIGH INLET TEMPERATURE DRYERS | |
| HIT Series air dryers offer a complete air treatment system including aftercooler, separator, refrigerated dryer and filter into one compact integrated unit. Capacities range from 20 to 125 CFM (34 to 213 Nm3 /hr). | ![]() |
| HANKISON HPRD SERIES HIGH PRESSURE REFRIGERATED DRYERS | |
Hankison HPRD Series refrigerated dryers provide consistently dry compressed air for high pressure applications up to 900 PSIG (63 bar). Typical applications for these dryers would include PET blow molding, aeronautical valve and control testing, pharmaceutical packaging and injection molding. The HPRD Series dryers feature smooth surface, self-cleaning, copper heat exchangers that maintain a reliable 38o F (3o C) pressure dew point and low system pressure drop for the life of the unit, without requiring a prefilter. Staged separation, which removes large liquid loads and prevents moisture reentrainment, coupled with programmable electronic timed drains, ensures complete condensate management. |

| HANKISON HPET HIGH PRESSURE REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS | |
Hankison HPET Series high pressure refrigerated dryers handle the higher flow rates and are available with a maximum working pressure of 725 PSIG, (50 bar). Applications include plastic PET bottle blowing, injection molding, aeronautical valve testing etc. |

| HANKISON HHL, HHS AND HHE SERIES HEATLESS REGENERATIVE AIR DRYERS | |
| HHL, HHS and HHE Series heatless desiccant dryers provide consistent outlet pressure dew points to -100o F, (- 73o C) while optimizing energy efficiency and maximizing service life. | ![]() |
| HANKISON HPD HEATED PURGE COMPRESSED AIR DRYERS
Hankison HPD Series dryers utilize two desicant filled pressure chambers and an external heater for continuous removal of water vapor from compressed air or gases to -40o F (-40o C) dew point or lower. They are capable of processing air from 0 to 100% of the design inlet flow rate, without adjustment. Drying is achieved by switching from one chamber to the other. While one chamber is drying the compressed air, the other is reactivated by a heating and cooling period, with a small dry air purge flow. |

| HANKISON HBP SERIES BLOWER PURGE REGENERATIVE AIR DRYERS | |
The HBP Series blower purge regenerative desiccant dryers are designed to achieve a stable -40o F (40o C) dew point while minimizing energy costs. The standard Energy Saver Temperature Sensing System and optional Moisture Sensing Demand Control System match energy usage to the load on the dryer. Desiccant bed life is maximized by using low regeneration temperatures and controlling flow to prevent desiccant movement. |

| HANKISON HMD & HMM SERIES MEMBRANE TYPE AIR DRYERS | |
The HMD and HMM Series membrane dryers offer hassle-free installation and operation while providing dew points from -40 to +40o F (-40 to +5o C). Water vapor passes through permeable membrane walls, lowering the dew point. These light weight units can be installed in piping without additional support. There are no moving parts, consumables or external power source. Constructed of non-rusting parts they are suitable for indoor and outdoor installation, as well as use in explosion proof environments. |
